One of the things that Chris and I discuss all the time is what more can we do to ensure the success of our members that are go through our programs. Now, as much as we would love to have a 100% success rate, it's almost impossible because we have no control for you guys. We can't like come through your computer monitors, sit down, put your fingers on the keyboard and make you do things. Just, it doesn't work that way. It starts with you, but there are things that we can suggest. For example, I recently was talking about accountability and accountability partners, and I was a little surprised at the number of members that raised their hand and said, yes, I cannot be successful without an accountability partner. And I was like, Oh, all right, well maybe Chris and I need to do more to give you guys options for accountability partners.

I've seen some of you go into the Facebook group and specifically requests. Hey, is anybody out there available to be my accountability partner? And that's definitely one way to do that. We had found another service that was a paid service that could provide some accountability, but I recently found another one called commit action. And after reviewing,  what they do and seeing the results, I'm convinced, this is actually a really good way for you to get an accountability partner and move yourself forward through your goals. Because sometimes just having an accountability partner, isn't what does it, it's having the right accountability partner and the coaches that are available through this service are really good. You're going to get paired with a dedicated accountability coach and their job. Their sole job is to give you clarity on what needs to get done and then accountability to make sure that you actually do it.

So if you're looking for a way to over, you know, I'm, I'm sorry. If you're looking for a way to eliminate the overwhelm and destroy this self sabotaging behavior and get focused, then you've got to invest in something like this. You've already invested a lot of money in our program. Why would you not execute on it? If an accountability coach is what it's going to take to get you across that finish line. And this is something you absolutely have to look at. They've been actually most of these companies, I'm familiar with entrepreneur on fire. You know, that's,  John Lee Dumas. He's one of my neighbors here in Puerto Rico. He's one of the most successful podcasters out out, obviously Inc and entrepreneur huge companies. So these are, these are not, these are not small endorsements. These are pretty big endorsements.  for this particular commit action, a way to increase your productivity and have accountability.

The website's actually very well done. And so I contacted the leadership of this company and I said, you know, walk me through how you guys work. And actually it's right here on their website. You know, they're gonna, they're going to help you craft a fine tuned weekly action plan. That's step one. And this is,  something that you commit to once a week, you're going to get on the phone with your coach and create this weekly action plan. So it's out there. You've already said, this is what I'm going to do. It says your coach is going to do all the heavy lifting. They're going to ask the right questions. They're going to get your thoughts, organized, detailed notes. They're going to take all right, they're going to break down the goals into realistic action steps and schedule time on your calendar. Then you're going to track the results and your progress.

So now you've got clarified goals. You identified the,  based impact activities that will move you forward. And you have a focused action plan for that week. Do this every week. You can't help, but move forward. Step two is they keep you accountable. So once you have this plan, you're going to go into your week with the clarity and focus that you need, and you shouldn't feel overwhelmed anymore. You don't. I know sometimes it's like, I'm I have to eat a cow. How am I going to eat a cow? And the answer is of course, one steak at a time. And this is how you can do that. If you've never done anything like this before wake up in the morning, operate with deliberate intention. For those of you that know me, I tell people flat out, I refused get out of bed until in my mind, I have a deliberate intention, a goal, and then I have a reason to get out of bed.

Cause I need to get that deliberate intention to achieve. Your coach is going to check in with you via email or, or messages on your phone, text messages to make sure you're on track.  So there's moving in circles, thing of the past move or word, make measurable weekly progress towards your goals, confidence and momentum. Finally, step three. They're going to help you review each week and improve. Yeah. It's a bad week. It's going to be a post-mortem right? The patient died. Why'd he die? Well, let's take a look at that. And he, we can't, you don't revive him next week and get going again. So they look at everything. They're going to analyze those past seven days, your struggles, what you got done, what you didn't. And this is where excuses really become meaningless. If you agreed in the beginning of the week that you could do one, two, three things or whatever.

And at the end of the week, you're like, yeah, I was watching a show, Netflix, okay, that's not going to cut it. You're wasting time and money.  This is for people that are serious about achieving all the goal.  So they're going to record everything down there. They actually have an app that's really, really cool. That's going to make this so much more convenient for you. So once you figure out,  what happened in the previous week, then you can readjust with what's necessary for the new week ahead and results. Simple consistently turning your goals and ideas into concrete results. If Chris and I could do that for every single one of you on a personal basis, we would, it's just impossible. So we do what all good entrepreneurs do we outsource, all right. This is the outsourced solution to accountability that I think is spot on for everybody.

If it's self-sabotage, that's your problem. You're going to take care of it. You might see it. Like I said, like they say, you might see it creeping in at this point, which you're no longer going about it all by yourself, your team, your coach, they're right there. They're going to keep you on track that kill that shiny object syndrome. They're going to hold you accountable and they're gonna help you maintain momentum and speed.  That's really, I think, matter of fact, no matter what stage you are in, and even if you think you don't need this, you would still benefit from it. Absolutely. And by the way, I've, I am really, if I'm going to be honest myself, I'm not even the best accountability coach to have. I'm just too into what I'm doing to be able to be a good accountability coach for somebody else.

That might sound terrible. But I understand my limitations. I've tried this with people in the past. I'm not a great coach. These people at commit action are great coaches. Okay. This has all been scientifically researched and validated no pseudo science. Like I say, you're not a Guinea pig.  Sounds like a simple approach, but there's a lot going on. Like they say that you don't need to see. So in any event,  go here, check it out,  sign up for it.  I was able to negotiate, they even have a bunch of testimonials. Of course, why wouldn't they? It's a good program. So you can get started today. Now I was able to negotiate a discount for you guys. This is not the cheapest accountability program I've ever seen, but it is without a doubt, the best.  So if you, if you're saying, I need the accountability coach, but it's a little pricey.
